Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery

Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Resolve issues promptly to maintain project progress and client satisfaction

Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders

The Successful Applicant

8+ years of experience in commercial construction project management

Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($20M+)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
