About the Opportunity
Our client, an Am 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified mid-level litigation associate with 2-4 years (ONLY) of experience to join their Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation practice.
Responsibilities
- Engage in all major phases of appellate litigation, demonstrating expertise in the legal processes and practices.
- Work on appellate matters that include intellectual property cases, with a particular emphasis on patent litigation.
