Join the Frontline of Healthcare : Customer Service Representative (Hybrid) – Temp-to-Perm! ⚕️

Are you an experienced, empathetic problem-solver ready to make a direct impact on patient care? We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Bedford, MA . This is a high-stakes, rewarding role where your commitment to excellence ensures the timely delivery of critical pharmaceutical products!

This is a fantastic 6-month temp-to-perm opportunity for you to become a permanent member of a collaborative team that values growth, safety, and outstanding customer support.

The Mission : Your Role in Healthcare Logistics

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers (doctors, technicians, and purchasing agents), managing the complex logistics of product ordering and fulfillment while upholding strict regulatory standards.

  • Order Processing & Fulfillment : Accurately process and monitor product orders using ERP / CRM systems, ensuring timely delivery. You will determine appropriate fulfillment facilities based on factors like proximity and product decay rates.
  • Customer Account Management : Serve as the primary contact for order placement, inquiries, and complaints via phone and email. You'll set up new customer accounts and support accounts receivable activities.
  • Issue Resolution & Compliance : Proactively resolve issues related to manufacturing or delivery to ensure continuity of care for patients . You will manage compliance requirements, including quality control and reporting of adverse events.
  • Collaboration : Communicate with diverse stakeholders, including doctors, technicians, and purchasing agents, and partner with the sales team to share insights and provide account support.

Position Details

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST.
  • Location : Hybrid – 3 days in-office (Bedford, MA) and 2 days remote .
  • Duration : 6 months, Temp-to-Perm .
  • Pay : $26.00 per hour .

    • What You'll Need to Thrive

  • Experience : 3+ years in a customer-facing role , preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or technical industries.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency with ERP, CRM, or similar order management systems .
  • Problem-Solving : Proven problem-solving abilities and strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Availability : Ability to work on company-observed holidays as needed.
  • Bonus : Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare or pharmaceutical industries is preferred.
