  • Excel, lookups, pivot tables

Category Manager – Global Sourcing & Procurement

The Global Sourcing & Procurement team is a trusted partner across the business, driving cost improvements, strategic sourcing, and supplier partnerships. As a Category Manager, you will support and lead sourcing initiatives, negotiate contracts, and partner with business functions to deliver value across a wide range of categories. This role requires strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute sourcing events with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sourcing events and strategy development across multiple categories, ensuring a fair, competitive process.
  • Partner with Senior Category Managers on high-complexity global and regional initiatives.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies, contracts, and compliance processes.
  • Build strong relationships with business partners and senior leaders to align on sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement category strategies and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with global peers on category management, supplier relationships, and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities for demand management, specification alignment, and sourcing innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, approval authorities, and audit requirements.
