Job descriptionLead and support sourcing events and strategy development across multiple categories, ensuring a fair, competitive process. Partner with Senior Category Managers on high-complexity global and regional initiatives. Develop and execute negotiation strategies, contracts, and compliance processes. Build strong relationships with business partners and senior leaders to align on sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings. Lead cross-functional teams to implement category strategies and drive process improvements. Collaborate with global peers on category management, supplier relationships, and performance metrics. Identify opportunities for demand management, specification alignment, and sourcing innovation. Ensure compliance with sourcing policies, approval authorities, and audit requirements.

Duration : 12 month
Must have :
- Bachelor's degree (Supply Chain, Business or related)
- At least 3 years of strategic sourcing or procurement
- Experience in one of these areas : Loss Prevention, Facilities, Waste, Supply Chain, Fixtures, Construction, Engineering, Supplies, Energy, HR and Marketing
- Excel, lookups, pivot tables
