Job descriptionEnsure the efficient operation of the accounts receivable department Manage all accounts receivable for the company Process credit applications submitted by the various branches Approves all timecards for the accounts receivable team Audit delinquent accounts deemed uncollectible and verify that maximum collection efforts have been undertaken before designating accounts as bad debt. Oversee the function of special billings, credit and collections Provide leadership by training, leading, and managing the accounts receivable team. Bachelor’s Degree Minimum 7+ years’ experience with collections and Billing Practical experience with ERP systems Process oriented work approach Experience with ERP software Microsoft Business Central is desired Proficiency in MS Office Suite desired Required Skills / Competencies : Demonstrated conduct that is in alignment with our Core Values Self-driven Customer / client focused Personal effectiveness / credibility Strong written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills Excellent problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills Physical / Mental Demands : Position requires a high degree of concentration to manage frequent interruptions while meeting strict deadlines. This position is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as computers, printers, copiers, and scanners. Reports to :
- Controller Position Summary : The Credit and Collection Manager will be responsible for managing credit approval, monitoring customer payments, and leading a team that handles collections and payment follow-ups.
- This position plays an integral part in a strong financial team and reports directly to the Controller.
