Role summary

As a YouTube Producer at Dragonfruit, you will power the heartbeat of some of the most influential YouTube channels in the world, shaping conversations in business, personal & professional development, health & wellness, and beyond. You’re not just managing deadlines—you’re ensuring ideas that matter most get delivered to the world at scale. You will be a front-facing partner to clients and a key contributor to Dragonfruit’s growth, helping revolutionize online education and position Dragonfruit as a leading YouTube agency.

Day-to-day, you’ll manage and coordinate production systems across the agency to keep hundreds of videos moving smoothly every month. This role is 20% creative, 80% operational —you will ensure all moving pieces come together on time and at a high standard. Operational excellence is your superpower.

You’ll own the production process across 5–7 client accounts at a time, and manage up to 400+ videos in active production at once . This includes allocating editors, anticipating bottlenecks, and acting as a trusted partner to clients—guiding timelines, deliverables, and approvals while communicating with empathy, clarity, and authority.
