Responsibilities :
- Handle the collection of overdue real estate and property tax payments with professionalism and efficiency.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to resolve outstanding balances.
- Manage high-volume call center operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
- Utilize established credit and collection procedures to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Track and document all interactions and transactions accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address disputes and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify and escalate complex cases to appropriate departments for further action.
- Monitor account statuses and provide regular updates to management.
- Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies during all collection activities.
- Proven experience in commercial and consumer collections.
- Strong knowledge of credit and collection processes.
- Familiarity with call center operations and ability to handle high volumes of calls.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing billing and collection tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in services or similar industries is preferred.
