You’ll assist individuals with a variety of matrimonial and family issues, such as navigating prenuptial agreements and helping client with divorce, alimony / spousal support, and child support. We offer clients Collaborative Law, Mediation, Litigation and Negotiation services and all of our attorneys get training in these skills and modalities. Compensation : $130,000 Responsibilities : Help solve legal problems for clients through analyzing the situation, understanding their needs, and creating a strategic plan of action Keep client files properly organized and up to date Manage client files and strategy Qualifications : Undergraduate degree with a legal background and Juris Doctor degree required Excellent communication and negotiation skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations Candidates should be great negotiators and communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high. Candidates should have at least 5 years of related experience. Mediation training and / or experience is a plus.
