User Experience Designer Consultant

A company is looking for a User Experience Designer Senior Consultant I.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end projects or experiences of medium to high complexity under the direction of a design leader

Advocate for the UX design process and support the development team to ensure design quality

Utilize human-centered design methods to analyze problems and execute solutions while contributing ideas for process improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience in user experience design, particularly with digital products

Knowledge of human capabilities and technology relevant to UX design

Ability to work independently and proactively manage project timelines

Familiarity with industry design best practices and standards

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
