This is a fast-paced, high-ownership role where each day brings new challenges and opportunities to solve meaningful client problems. It is best suited for someone who thrives on variety, action, and direct client engagement rather than long enterprise cycles.

As an Account Manager at K1x, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the tax and financial services sector. You will own renewals, drive adoption, and identify expansion opportunities while building long-term relationships grounded in trust and measurable outcomes.

This role combines commercial ownership, client partnership, and strategic communication. You will lead QBRs, manage complex renewals and upsells, and collaborate closely with Product, Support, and Finance to ensure clients realize the full value of K1x.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident in executive-facing conversations, and takes a proactive, data-driven approach to client health and growth.

What You'll Do :

  • Own a portfolio of clients, driving satisfaction, renewal and growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor who understands client workflows, goals, and metrics
  • Lead renewal and expansion discussions with insights and commercial positioning
  • Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to reinforce ROI, identify growth areas
  • Build annual and quarterly account plans aligned to client priorities and K1x objectives
  • Translate usage and performance data into actionable recommendations for clients
  • Partner with Product, Finance and Commercial teams to drive results, timely resolution
  • Surface client insights and product feedback to help shape roadmap priorities
  • Partner with Sales on cross-sell and expansion initiatives within assigned accounts
  • Monitor account health metrics and proactively address adoption gaps
  • Coach clients on best practices and new features to drive ongoing platform engagement
  • Use data storytelling to demonstrate impact and deepen client investment in K1x
  • Lead client escalations with clarity and composure
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver effective solutions quickly
  • Maintain transparency and trust throughout the resolution process
