Position Overview

For this exciting opportunity individual is responsible to work with a team to provide design and permitting of land development Site Plans, Subdivision Plans, including utility, grading, drainage, landscaping and lighting, road plans and profiles, and SCS plans for residential and commercial projects.  Municipal design may include sewer and water, pump stations, traffic engineering, dam or bridge design etc. ​Ability to review municipal ordinances and state regulations to provide due diligence reviews and complete submissions.  All work is under the direction of a Professional Engineer. Salary commensurate with experience.

Typical Duties

Position requires knowledge of basic grading, traffic and pedestrian circulation, utility placement for design of streets, parking lots, sewer and water lines, soil erosion mitigation methods, landscaping and lighting etc. Surveying, hydrology, understanding of RSIS and other agency requirements, or permitting / entitlement experience a plus.

Experience and Education

5+ years experience required. Bachelors Degree, EIT, or PE required.  Must be detail oriented, organized, and have excellent written and communication skills with understanding of MS Word, Excel, etc.  Must have a valid driver's license.
