About the Role

As a Deltek System Analyst , you'll serve as the subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint, driving system optimization, reporting enhancements, and process automation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and leveraging technology to improve business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, ensuring data integrity and system reliability.
  • Configure modules, workflows, and dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
  • Develop and optimize reports for accounting, project management, and leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT to streamline processes and improve user experience.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support and training.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.

    • What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong understanding of accounting workflows, configurations and project-based operations.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; SQL experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
