$90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
Role Overview
A well-established and expanding organization is seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across multiple business units. This role is highly visible and involves close collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights that guide strategic and operational decisions.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys analyzing data, streamlining financial processes, and turning numbers into clear, actionable insights. The role combines core FP&A functions with exposure to broader strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead forecasting, budgeting, and projection activities for assigned divisions
Prepare recurring financial reports, performance summaries, and dashboards
Analyze financial results and explain key trends, variances, and business drivers
Develop and refine financial models to support planning and scenario analysis
Review department budgets and advise leaders on financial implications
Evaluate revenue and margin performance, including pricing and cost impacts
Assist with audits and maintain supporting financial documentation
Contribute to process and systems improvements within FP&A and reporting
Partner closely with accounting, operations, and senior leadership teams
Qualifications
Required :
5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, accounting, or business finance
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills
Ability to translate financial data into insights for both finance and non-finance audiences
Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Preferred :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Experience in insurance, healthcare, professional services, or multi-entity organizations
CPA designation or progress toward CPA
Experience using Adaptive Planning (preferred, not required)
Familiarity with revenue / margin modeling, cost allocation, or compensation modeling
