Regional Manager, Southwest

As a Regional Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the success of our mobile distributors across the region. Your ability to mentor and guide our District Managers, creating and executing strategies to increase store sales, expand our franchise headcount and retain performing distributors will be key to achieving our mission of providing industry-leading tools and equipment to automotive technicians. After more detail? You will be responsible for leading the sales growth and distributor retention efforts within the assigned geographic region. You will own responsibility for implementation and completion of all 5R responsibilities (Rides, Reviews, Retention, Relationships, Recruiting Lead Generation) within the region, RPR Improvement and compliance, and Tech Ed sales development. You will be responsible for ensuring that all Matco Business System (MBS) standard operating procedures (SOPs) are being followed in the region. You will mentor and coach District Managers (DMs) and further develop talent funnels (farm team) for field sales positions within the region.

The base compensation for this position is $110,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity. For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in the sales / commission plan at a rate of 10-40% of pay.
