Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Provide operational compensation support and manage complex employee relations concerns
Support hiring efforts and deliver compensation reports and analytics to inform decision-making
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience in a Federal Government or Defense Contractor environment
Strong understanding of employment-related laws and HR compliance
Ability to establish strong partnerships with managers and employees
Business acumen and critical thinking skills
