Royal Suites Healthcare & Rehabilitation, is a sub-acute and long-term care facility located in Galloway, NJ is seeking a Full-Time CSW / LSW Social Worker to join our team of professionals.
Duties include, but are not limited to :
- Admission and Ongoing Assessments / Documentation
- Helping with Adjustment
- MDS 3.0
- Care Planning
- Assisting with Medicaid Applications and other Financial Matters
- Advocacy
- Crisis Intervention
- Discharge Planning
To qualify for this position, the ideal Candidate :
Familiarity with Point Click Care (PCC) is a plus but not a requirement.
