Truck Driver - 26-Foot Box – Opportunities in Livonia, Michigan

Direct- Hire, Dayshift, Start Immediately!

An international company with a facility in Livonia, Michigan is currently seeking several Truck Drivers for Direct-Hire opportunities with their growing team. These are exciting opportunities for 26-Foot Box Truck Drivers looking for a company that offers excellent growth, competitive rates, and plenty of overtime.

26-Foot Box Truck Drivers rates are anticipated to start between $18 to $21 / hourly based on each candidates experience an education. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate. Overtime is paid at premium rates over 40 hours. Qualified 26-Foot Box Truck Drivers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :

• Any experience operating a 26-foot box truck safely, knowledgeable of DOT regulations, traffic laws and use of GPS navigation.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but a plus) with a clean driving record with no major violations.
• Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or moving services a plus with handling freight using pallet jacks, lift gates, etc.
• Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) or delivery apps on an iPad.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to travel out of town for overnight stays, maintain a professional appearance and communicate well.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S., pass standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, etc.
