Job descriptionExperience at a subcontractor 1+ years of experience as a Project Manager on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects 2+ years of experience on cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceiling projects RFI's, pricing and changes, being the face of the client, etc. Knowledge of quick bid and onscreen takeoff processes Medical, dental & vision Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital 401(k) Retirement Plan Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available Life Insurance (Voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents) Short and long-term disability Health Spending Account (HSA) Transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program Time Off / Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave)
Project Manager
We're urgently hiring a Project Manager with at least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager and at least 2+ years of cold formed steel metal framing, drywall, acoustical ceiling experience.

Based in Golden. 4 PM / Estimators, 3 Superintendents, 80 field people.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.65 - $52.88 / hr.
