Our Mission: As the worlds largest network of certified youth fitness instructors, STRETCH-N-GROW, provides high quality, engaging classes and programs to kids at their schools including fitness, sports, dance, gymnastics, music and more. Our goal is for kids to have so much fun as they move through out classes; all while developing new skills, learning healthy habits and gaining confidence to move to their next stage of development successfully.
