Key Responsibilities :
- Perform advanced hand soldering of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Design, assemble, and inspect wiring harnesses, ensuring compliance with J-STD requirements.
- Lead the troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex electronic equipment and systems.
- Mentor and train junior technicians on best practices in soldering, wiring, and assembly.
- Read and interpret detailed technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electronic components and assemblies to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and technical guidelines.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and optimize processes.
- Maintain meticulous records of work performed, including updating technical documentation and logs.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Travel up to 10% of the time to customer sites for installations, repairs, and support.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in hand soldering and electronic assembly, with a focus on high-reliability applications.Certification in IPS Soldering J-STD-001G / S soldering and IPC / WHMA-A-620 wiring harness assembly is required.Demonstrated expertise in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and schematics.Strong leadership and mentoring skills.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.Ability to acquire a Secret ClearanceAbout Corvid :
