Job descriptionOversee daily field operations, site logistics, inspections, and subcontractor activities. Review constructability, resolve field issues, and maintain high standards of housekeeping. Develop and manage Look Ahead Schedules and contribute to master schedule updates. Implement and monitor Quality Management Plans and conduct QC inspections. Ensure compliance with EH&S standards, identify unsafe conditions, and coordinate with safety officers. Maintain proactive communication with supervisors, project managers, and field staff. Integrate seamlessly into company culture and support pursuit teams with logistics planning and client presentations. Utilize latest construction software and technologies. Maintain accurate records including daily journals, as-built drawings, and subcontractor meetings. Review scopes of work, assist in bid leveling and buyout, and manage change orders in partnership with project managers. Hold subcontractors accountable for performance across all CSI divisions. Resolve disputes professionally and manage claims in collaboration with project leadership.
Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and team-oriented Superintendent to join one of our top clients in the Los Angeles area and lead field operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, expertise, and communication across all phases of construction.
