Key Responsibilities

Guide members through online disease prevention and management programs

Communicate one-on-one with members and facilitate online discussions

Collaborate with care team members to provide comprehensive care and improve digital health coaching practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a health-related field

Comfortable with technology and web-based software tools

Experience coaching individuals towards behavioral or lifestyle changes

Self-starter with remote work experience

Passion for providing personalized care with respect to cultural backgrounds and individual circumstances
