We are an SEC Registered Investment Advisor working with high-net-worth individuals and their families to offer comprehensive wealth advisory. We additionally serve as a chief investment officer to other financial advisors and their clients in a sub advisory capacity. We are committed to delivering institutional caliber investment solutions that help our clients achieve their investment goals. We have built expertise in constructing tailored, tax sensitive portfolios incorporating all asset classes, via individual securities, exchange traded funds and private vehicles as appropriate.

Job role : Trading Operations Analyst

Job Overview : We are seeking a Trading Operations Analyst to join our Trading & Execution team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to contribute to the growth and success of our business. We are looking for someone with high attention to detail and organizational skills with strong technical skills, who is passionate about investing. In this role, you will assist the trading team in executing investments across all asset classes for our clients, who collectively manage approximately $600 million in assets. This full-time (on-site) position offers a competitive compensation in the $90,000–$110,000 range, depending on experience, along with 401(k), commuter and insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities :

Trading, Cash Management & Portfolio Rebalancing

Execute trades across various client portfolios, including model trading, block trading, tax loss harvesting, and Alternative Investments trading.

Manage cash flow for daily or ongoing distribution requests as necessary.

Monitor financial markets and collaborate with the Asset Allocation Committee to implement firm-wide trades.

Utilize the portfolio rebalancing system to analyze, approve, and execute daily trades.

Develop personalized asset allocation strategies and innovative investment solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals.

Assist in the trade settlement and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Monitor account filters to identify and capitalize trading opportunities for client accounts.

Client Portfolio Analysis & Proposal Building :

Analyze incoming client portfolios and build tailored proposals that meet client needs.

Data Maintenance & Platform Management :

Maintain accurate data across multiple systems within the investment platform.

Collaboration & Client Support :

Work closely with internal teams and external partners, since we act as the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) for other financial advisors.

Generate ad hoc trade reports, including model updates, as requested.

Prepare structured note summary reports for advisors and their clients.

Provide ongoing support in building and maintaining client relationships.

Support private investment onboarding, including subscription prep, coordination with custodians, and processing capital calls and distributions

Your Expertise

Bachelor's degree 1-2+ years financial services experience

Detail oriented with strong organization skills

Analytical and logical

Proficient with Excel

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a keen attention to detail

Familiarity with equity, fixed income, and mutual fund securities and markets

Familiarity with programming languages a plus

Interest in pursuing Chartered Financial Analyst designation a plus
