Salary : $55-75,000

We are seeking experienced Gym Manager with sales expertise to oversee all aspects of gym operations. The Gym Manager will be responsible for selling membership and fitness packages; conducting fitness assessments; customer service; training and managing staff; ensuring the gym runs smoothly; maintaining a clean, welcoming and safe environment for members. Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategies to increase memberships and retain existing members
• Create and maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere in the gym
• Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to gym operations and finances
• Ensure all equipment is in working order and properly maintained
• Promote and market gym services and events to attract new members and increase retention
• Manage staff schedules, performance, and training
• Coach training sessions as needed and grow training revenue
