Key Responsibilities
Own and optimize the full lifecycle email program focusing on re-engagement, conversion, and customer education
Build, test, and optimize email campaigns, including triggered workflows and monthly newsletters
Analyze performance metrics and use insights to improve campaign effectiveness
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of hands-on email marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or a high-growth startup
Deep knowledge of HubSpot, including email automation and performance tracking
Analytical mindset with experience working with campaign data
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and lead lifecycle stages
Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage campaigns independently
