Job Opportunity at F45

Responsibilities and Duties :

Generating new leads through current members, influencers, community outreach, and social media

Converting leads into memberships and timely outreach to new leads

Conducting in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial members

Managing new lead entries once received from social media, community events, and marketing campaigns

Attending lead-generating events, such as pre-launch events, grand openings, festivals, and local community gatherings

Daily reporting on sales progress

Working collaboratively with the studio's leadership team to ensure smooth and cohesive operations

CRM System Administration (i.e. MindBody)

Orienting members and delivering studio tours

Building strong relationships with members, corporate businesses, and local businesses

Qualifications :

Minimum of 1-year experience in sales required

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, open-concept work environment

Health & fitness minded people strongly preferred

Willing to be flexible with hours

Comfortable learning new software

Compensation : $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
