Key Responsibilities Engage with patients using advanced techniques to gather comprehensive medical information and measure vital signs. Accurately document medical histories and test results in electronic medical records, leading the charge in digital record-keeping. Collect, log, and prepare specimens for cutting-edge laboratory testing. Assist physicians with innovative examinations and treatments, including injections and suture removal. Ensure treatment rooms are prepared with a focus on cleanliness and readiness. Maintain instrument hygiene using modern sterilization techniques and manage biohazard waste. Conduct proactive phone consultations to discuss test results and health concerns. Administer medications as prescribed, maintaining adherence to digital documentation protocols. Participate in programs aligned with OSHA compliance and continuous performance improvement initiatives. Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to embrace digital learning. BLS / CPR Certification, essential for providing top-notch patient care. Up to one year of experience in a healthcare setting that adapts to technology. Excellent communication and customer service skills, enhancing the patient experience. Basic front desk and healthcare support skills, with a strong technological acumen. Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask within an agile, multidisciplinary team. Commitment to preventive healthcare and an integrated team approach. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for tech-forward proficiency. Bilingual English / Spanish skills preferred to enhance patient communication. Phlebotomy skills and experience with electronic medical records, preferred.
