Location :

  • Key Responsibilities Engage with patients using advanced techniques to gather comprehensive medical information and measure vital signs.
  • Accurately document medical histories and test results in electronic medical records, leading the charge in digital record-keeping.
  • Collect, log, and prepare specimens for cutting-edge laboratory testing.
  • Assist physicians with innovative examinations and treatments, including injections and suture removal.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are prepared with a focus on cleanliness and readiness.
  • Maintain instrument hygiene using modern sterilization techniques and manage biohazard waste.
  • Conduct proactive phone consultations to discuss test results and health concerns.
  • Administer medications as prescribed, maintaining adherence to digital documentation protocols.
  • Participate in programs aligned with OSHA compliance and continuous performance improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, with a willingness to embrace digital learning.
  • BLS / CPR Certification, essential for providing top-notch patient care.
  • Up to one year of experience in a healthcare setting that adapts to technology.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, enhancing the patient experience.
  • Basic front desk and healthcare support skills, with a strong technological acumen.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and multitask within an agile, multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to preventive healthcare and an integrated team approach.
  • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications, with a preference for tech-forward proficiency.
  • Bilingual English / Spanish skills preferred to enhance patient communication.
  • Phlebotomy skills and experience with electronic medical records, preferred.
