Key Responsibilities
Prepare, image, and configure new workstations and laptops to client specifications.Manage and track workstation orders, ensuring accuracy and readiness for deployment.Schedule on-site deployments for yourself or other field technicians as needed.Coordinate shipping and logistics for remote users.Verify licensing, asset tagging, and documentation compliance.Communicate with project managers and account managers to align timelines and budgets.Assist with network and server hardware preparation as needed.Provide Tier 1-2 help desk support when workstation prep work is light.Requirements
Experience in an MSP or IT service environment preferred.Strong understanding of Windows workstation setup, imaging, and configuration.Familiarity with common RMM and PSA tools (ConnectWise PSA, ConnectWise Automate, NinjaOne, ImmyBot, etc.)Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site work.Bonus Skills
