The position of Learning and Development Manager in our Sales Programs team is of utmost importance. Tasked with building and delivering training, onboarding, and strategic content to support sales initiatives, you will report to the Senior Sales Programs Manager. Close collaboration with Sales leadership and cross-functional partners is key to ensuring a smooth program rollout and adoption.

What You'll Do Here :

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable training and content.
  • Build and maintain playbooks, onboarding guides, and training materials.
  • Deliver live and virtual sessions for new processes, tools, and initiatives.
  • Build and manage the onboarding experience for new sales hires.
  • Serve as a resource for frontline teams, providing mentoring and support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Programs Manager on quarterly objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing teams.

Skills You'll Need Here :

(Required)

  • Proven experience in learning & development or training roles.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Experience crafting and delivering training content in dynamic environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and business operations tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • (Preferred)

  • Experience crafting onboarding programs for sales teams.
  • Ability to translate strategic goals into practical content.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Comfort with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Proficiency in coordinating and maintaining content libraries.
  • Familiarity with business processes used in sales organizations.

    The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range. $52,000.00 - $67,600.00 USD.
