School-Based Counseling (LCSW) – NYC Public & Private Schools (All Boroughs)

Position Overview :

EverSource Staffing is hiring Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) on behalf of a partner organization to provide in-person counseling services in public and private schools across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. These flexible roles are a great fit for both experienced LCSWs and new licensees. A new platform reduces paperwork time by 5+ hours per week , making your workday more focused and productive.

Compensation :

$65–$72 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)

Responsibilities :

Provide IEP-mandated counseling services in-person at schools

Maintain clear, timely documentation using the provided platform

Work collaboratively with educators, families, and IEP teams

Attend meetings and school-based conferences as needed

Follow all DOE and NYS counseling guidelines

Requirements :

NYS LCSW license (required)

No LMSWs or other license types accepted

Experience with school-aged youth preferred

Must be available for in-person work in NYC schools
