About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, creative content marketer to join the team!

The Content Marketer will help to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement, growth, and support our overall marketing goals. This person will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing a variety of content across different channels and mediums (including blogs, learning resources, product landing pages, and more).

The person in this role is dedicated to making complex concepts simple, focusing on the user, and always starting with "why". You'll also act as a steward for the Uniswap brand across the organization, helping field copy requests and other types of content requests across the Marketing team.

As the Uniswap brand expands to more and more users, we're excited to bring someone on who helps us scale how and where we tell our story to new audiences.

We are headquartered in SoHo in New York City and this role will be NYC based.

Responsibilities

Content Execution

  • Develop on engaging educational content that simplifies complex concepts to users that are new to crypto and Uniswap Labs' products
  • Support the Growth Marketing team on creating content for landing pages, blog articles, web pages, in-product notifications, banner ads, and more
  • Improve SEO performance of existing blogs, support articles, and landing pages through content updates & technical optimization, in tandem with Growth Marketer & Customer Experience teams
  • Monitor and report out on weekly performance of new and existing content pieces
  • Work closely with the Content team to ensure alignment and consistency across all product content and copywriting

Content Strategy

  • Collaborate with Content team to research and implement strategies for launching in and growing audiences on net new organic channels like Reddit and / or YouTube
  • Research and analyze trends, preferences, and pain points to help guide content strategy

    • Copywriting

  • Learn and adopt the Uniswap voice, creating simple, user-centric copy that embodies Uniswap's values and positioning
  • Collaborate with the broader Marketing and Design teams to create ad hoc collateral for a variety of activations including campaigns, events, partnerships, and more
  • Demonstrate flexibility and skill in writing a wide variety of copy, including paid ads, blog posts, product copy, and creative one-off projects.

    Must haves

  • Strong written communication skills
  • 2+ years of experience working as a content marketer, copywriter, or journalist
  • Be a no-task-too-big, no-task-too-small team member
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills with a proven track record to execute against deliverables
  • NYC-based
  • Experience working with agencies and contractors to build content for brands
  • Familiarity with Contentful, Framer, Google Search Console, and other comparable marketing platforms
  • Attention to detail and high bar for quality
  • Passion for bringing new audiences onchain

    • Nice to haves

  • Experience creating short-form and / or long-form educational video content
  • Experience developing video screen-capture content, static screenshots, GIFs
  • Experience working in international markets or on content internationalization efforts
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem

    • Minimum full-time salary of $121,000-$135,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including equity, tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type.

    Uniswap Labs' Full-Time employee benefits include company-paid medical, dental, & vision for you and your dependents, gym subsidy, 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, annual $1,500 education stipend, unlimited and encouraged time off, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, home office setup stipend for remote employees and daily lunches at NY headquarters (all benefits are subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility).
