$1,403 to $2,107 per week

- Monday - Friday 8 hour shifts, 40 hours per week
- 30 units weekly productivity expectation
- Home health / adult care setting
- 2 years physical therapy assistant experience required
- 1 year home health care experience required
- 1 year experience with Homecare Homebase required
- 1 year experience with OASIS required
- Current CPR certification required
