Job descriptionDemonstrates professionalism in all interactions with patients, colleagues, physicians, and all visitors to the practice; Provides to patients a customized plan of care in an energetic outpatient physical therapy setting; Collaborates with patients and colleagues, including Physical Therapist Assistants, to provide cohesive and well-coordinated care; Proficient with EMR systems; completes documentation in a timely manner; Other responsibilities as designated by the manager. 3-5 years of experience in outpatient orthopedic setting preferred; Current unrestricted New York State Physical Therapy license; Experience with a wide range of patient age groups and diagnoses; Time management and organization capabilities. Travel between our offices may be required. Reliable transportation is essential Pay is based on experience

General Description
The Physical Therapist will work as a member of the Physical Therapy service line within the OrthoNY Medical Practice consisting of Orthopedic, Spine, Sports Medicine and Pain Management physicians.
