Responsibilities :

• Perform accurate reconciliations of financial accounts to maintain up-to-date records.
• Prepare and record journal entries in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Conduct cost analysis and assist in developing budgets to support organizational objectives.
• Utilize QuickBooks for efficient financial management and reporting.
• Create detailed financial models and reports using advanced Excel functionalities such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and maintain compliance with company guidelines.
• Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives to align with business needs.
• Review general ledger accounts for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation processes.
