Forrest Solutions is hiring a Client Relations Manager to oversee mail, print, and facilities operations at a prestigious AmLaw 100 law firm in Washington, This full-time, onsite role is ideal for someone with strong client-facing experience, a hospitality mindset, and a hands-on leadership style.
What You'll Do:
- Lead daily operations across mailroom, print, and facilities service lines
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client relations and service delivery
- Train, coach, and manage a high-performing onsite team
- Ensure service excellence through workflow optimization, staff development, and process improvement
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain top-tier performance and client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean, professional, and tour-ready workplace at all times
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of leadership experience, ideally in a legal, corporate, or high-touch service environment
- Experience managing teams in mail, print, or facilities operations
- Prior work in a law firm or hospitality-driven corporate environment is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead and mentor staff, manage client expectations, and maintain operational excellence
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
