Senior ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and execution of Service Mapping initiatives using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping modules

Architect and maintain accurate service maps for critical business services, infrastructure, and application components

Collaborate cross-functionally with application owners, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to define and validate service boundaries and dependencies

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years with ServiceNow CMDB and 1+ year with Service Mapping

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and their interdependencies

Experience deploying and managing MID Servers across hybrid environments

Demonstrated expertise with Discovery Patterns, scripting, and platform automation

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB best practices, governance, and data modeling
