MLT Job Description / Responsibilities :

• Sample Collection and Analysis : Collect, process, and analyze biological specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples, following standard protocols in a clinical laboratory setting.
• Operate Laboratory Equipment : Learn to use and maintain cutting-edge medical lab instruments, ensuring accurate diagnostic results.
• Perform Routine Testing : Conduct basic laboratory tests to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients.

Requirements :
• Education :

Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Biology, or a related field.

Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) certification through ASCP, AMT, or equivalent preferred (or eligibility to obtain).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
