About the Role

As a Forensic Structural Engineer , you will conduct property damage assessments, determine root causes, and prepare detailed forensic reports. This position requires a balance of independent fieldwork and precise reporting, with approximately 50% travel across Florida (typically two to three days per week). Comfort with intrastate travel is key to succeeding in this role.

What Youll Be Doing

• Conduct on-site investigations to assess structural damage from storms, construction defects, or material failures.
• Draft comprehensive, high-quality engineering reports.
• Communicate findings clearly with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Review peer reports and contribute to maintaining technical excellence.
• Balance remote home-office work with regular travel for field inspections.
