Operations Manager / Analyst

We are seeking an experienced

• Operations Analyst
• to support the day-to-day operations of a large-scale enterprise application. This role involves managing system stability, resolving production incidents, and working with sensitive data in a regulated environment.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Support daily operations and ensure application performance.
• Manage production incident resolution and maintain system stability.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with data security standards (HIPAA, PII).
• Utilize SQL for data queries and reporting.
• Required Qualifications :
• 8+ years in IT operations or maintenance.
• 5+ years managing enterprise systems or applications.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with SQL databases.
• Experienced in incident management.
• Experience in healthcare or similar regulated environments.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $72.00 - $72.00 / hr.
