About The Role
The Enterprise Data Team is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing various data products (tables, dashboards, analysis) related to audience insights, identity resolution, and content performance for stakeholders across all divisions within Hearst Consumer Media. In addition, you will partner with our Product and Engineering teams to develop best-in-class data products, understand user behavior and measure business impact. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial ethos, proficiency in using data to deliver value, and a working knowledge of the current digital media landscape. This hybrid role is based in New York City and will report into the VP of Audience Analytics.

Compensation and Benefits
In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York City, is USD $140,000 to $155,000 / year. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York City. For candidates outside New York City, the salary range will be aligned with the specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, training, certifications, and education.
