Evaluate, treat, document and discharge patients for occupational therapy between two facilities. Kohala Hospital located in Kapaau, HI and Kona Community Hospital located in Kealakekua, HI. Work schedule will be split between the two facilities with 3 days / week at Kohala Hospital and 2 days / week at Kona Community Hospital (or visa versa) as an example. Flexible schedule a must as weekends and holidays maybe required.
