Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient team in Orland Park, IL . What You'll Do
Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patientsDiagnose and manage acute and chronic conditionsPromote wellness through preventive care and patient educationMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality, coordinated careRequirements
Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family MedicineActive DEA registration and Illinois Controlled Substance LicenseEMR proficiency ( Epic preferred); strong documentation and organizational skillsMinimum 2 year of clinical experience preferredStrong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered, community-focused careCompensation & Benefits
