Your Role

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans : Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies that enable them to reach their functional aspirations
• Implement Therapeutic Practices : Leverage evidence-based methods to elevate patients' motor functions, cognitive abilities, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Approach : Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to deliver well-rounded, comprehensive care
• Guide Patients and Families : Provide education for patients and their caregivers to ensure sustained benefits at home
• Manage Progress and Record Findings : Regularly monitor patient development, update clinical documentation, and adjust treatment plans as necessary
