Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate with 2 to 4 years (2021 TO 2023 GRADS ONLY) of litigation experience to join its medical malpractice defense practice (please do not share candidates with only plaintiff side experience). Candidates must have complex civil litigation experience, including managing discovery, reviewing medical records, and researching medical literature.

Experience in risk management or representing hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, or managed care plans is a plus. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing and advocacy skills are required.

The ideal candidate will be admitted to the Florida Bar (though highly qualified candidates seeking to relocate to Tampa will also be considered). The firm seeks individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work effectively both as part of a team and independently, in a culture that values initiative, professionalism, and client service.
