Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the lead SME for SAP GTS solutions, guiding the full project lifecycle including requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Design and implement SAP GTS Compliance Management modules, including :
  • Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
  • Embargo Checks
  • Legal Control
  • Deliver SAP GTS Customs Management functionality :
  • Export / Import Declarations
  • Special Customs Procedures (AES, ATLAS)
  • FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone), IPR (Inward Processing Relief), OPR (Outward Processing Relief), Customs Warehouse
  • Implement SAP GTS Preference Management, including :
  • Preference Determination
  • Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
  • Long-Term Vendor Declarations (LTVDs, CLTVDs)
  • Regional Value Content (RVC) Calculation
  • Manage HS / Product Classification activities and integration with ERP systems (S / 4 HANA or ECC).
  • Utilize and integrate middleware tools such as Seeburger, CPI, and EDI for trade document processing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead client workshops, training, and solution presentations.
  • Contribute to proposal development, internal capability building, and pre-sales activities.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology, with a focus on SAP GTS.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • 10+ years of experience with SAP GTS including hands-on configuration and business process consulting.
  • Strong experience with SAP GTS E4H, S / 4 HANA or ECC integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of global trade compliance processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Experience in working with middleware tools (Seeburger, CPI, EDI).
  • Proven experience with end-to-end GTS implementations and upgrades.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
