Job descriptionAt least 6 months of recent forklift or general labor experience. Ability to pass a forklift driving test (maneuvering through cones, lifting pallets, etc.). Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays. Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clear, defined procedures. Be part of a top-tier warehouse operation with competitive pay and room for advancement. Forklift Operator - 1st Shift
Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you'll play a key role in our container management and racking warehouse system. This position is based at our East Moline and Davenport locations and involves a variety of hands-on tasks, including forklift operations, container handling, and warehouse organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, transport materials, and ensure accurate shipment of containers.
- Manage and process containers and racks, including cleaning, sorting, and staging.
- Use washing machines to clean plastic totes efficiently.
- Remove manufacturer tags from containers and racks using hand scanners.
- Perform basic repairs on large plastic containers using hand tools such as drills and screwdrivers.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr.
