Job descriptionStop pay : $10.00per stop with 10-20 stops per week Drop & Hook pay : $6.00 per drop & hook Bonuses Shutdown bonus : $2,000 paid in 2 installments Safety Bonus : $250 paid 4 times per year every quarter Unlimited driver referral bonuses Paid via direct deposit weekly Great company benefits starting after 30 days Medical, dental and vision, prescription drug insurance Company paid life insurance Paid Personal Time Off Starts at Day 1 - 80 hours accrued in First Year 12 weeks of PAID Maternity Leave Immediate 401k rollover and contributions with company match at one year Uniform & Boot Allowance Quality Employee Discounts Ryder will buy your truck if youre looking to switch from Owner Operator to a Company Employee Driver Home Daily Start times Must be open to AM or PM based on bid system Monday Friday Or Tuesday - Saturday Route : Within 500 - 600 Miles No Touch freight Auto Parts Trucks are 36 months or newer Dry Van 53 24 / 7 Roadside Maintenance and Company Drivers fuel up the trucks at over 800 Maintenance Facilities Nationwide Must have a valid CDL A License Minimum 21 years of age Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle 2 years experience within the last 5 years, OR 5 years experience within the last 10 years Pass a Ryder Drug Test Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years Pass a DOT physical Pass a Ryder road test Strong Backing Skills Required Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and / or procedures Must live within 30 miles of Fort Wayne, IN Transportation

Compensation :
- Weekly GuaranteedPay : $1,385
51CPM with 2,500 miles per week
Sign on Bonus : $2,000; paid out 1 / 2 at 30 days 1 / 2 at 90 days
