Customer Service Sales Assistant

Pay : $19.50 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule : 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities :

• Process and verify high-volume holiday cookie orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage data entry, import gift lists, and maintain daily order logs in Salesforce.
• Troubleshoot client issues, complete necessary forms, and track deliveries via FedEx.
• Support customer setup, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with pickup and delivery order coordination and provide exceptional customer service.
