Job description

Auto Masters Goodyear is seeking a full-time Service Writer to join our team! We are a busy, customer-focused auto repair and tire shop where professionalism, accuracy, and customer care are top priorities.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Experience with Mitchell software (required)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to create accurate repair orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude

What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and technicians
  • Write and manage service tickets using Mitchell software
  • Explain repairs and maintenance clearly to customers
  • Help ensure smooth daily shop operations
