Developer (Contracted) Scope of Work

Reports to : Director of Engineering

Compensation : $75 per Hour (est 15 hours per week)

OVERVIEW

This is a contracted, part-time, temporary position that will support our team in maintaining and enhancing OS BENEFiTS' technology infrastructure. The Developer will be responsible for implementing new features, optimizing performance, and ensuring the seamless integration of front-end and back-end systems. This role requires a deep understanding of modern web development frameworks, best practices in security and scalability, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and is eager to contribute.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Front-End :

• Experience in Vue.js and Nuxt frameworks
• Experience with building and managing modern, responsive UI components
